What the service is

Daily Clarity is an AI-powered communication coaching app. You practice scenraios through live AI conversations, learn about principles from some of the best communication books and get feedback on your practice. The service is provided as-is for educational and self-improvement purposes.

Your account

• You need an account to use Daily Clarity. Keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Free trial & paid plans

• New users get a 7-day free trial with limited features.
• After the trial, you need a paid subscription to continue. Plans: $29/month or $19/month (billed annually at $228/year).
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf.

What you can and can't do

• Use Daily Clarity for your own personal learning.
• Don't share your account, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for anything illegal.
• Don't abuse the AI conversations (e.g., attempting to extract harmful content).

AI-generated content

• Scenarios, feedback, and conversation responses are generated by AI. They're coaching tools, not professional advice.
• We don't guarantee AI outputs are always accurate or appropriate.

Your data

• We store your profile, practice history, and transcripts of your practice conversations within the app to personalize your experience.
• We do NOT store audio recordings — only text transcriptions of your practice conversations within the app.

Intellectual property

• Daily Clarity's app, design, and AI prompts are our property.
• Book titles and author names referenced in the app belong to their respective owners. We're an independent coaching tool, not affiliated with any book authors or publishers.

Limitation of liability

• Daily Clarity is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes from your practice.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
