Refund Policy

Free trial

You get a 7-day free trial when you sign up. You won't be charged during the trial. If it's not for you, just don't subscribe — no charge, no questions.

Monthly plan ($29/month)

  • Request a refund within 7 days of any billing date if you're not satisfied.
  • Email hello@dailyclarity.ai with your account email and reason.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Paddle (our payment provider).

Annual plan ($228/year)

  • Request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal.
  • After 14 days, no partial refunds for the remaining term — but you keep access until the period ends.

How to request a refund

Email hello@dailyclarity.ai with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of charge
  • Reason for the refund

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us.
  • Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until your current billing period ends.
  • No refund for partial months/years after the refund window above.
